Meet Our Doctors and Nurse Practitioner

Richard A. Levitt, M.D.

Richard A. Levitt, MD, founded North Fulton Pediatrics in 1981 after completing his residency in pediatrics at Emory University School of Medicine. He earned his MD degree at Wayne State University in Michigan, which is his home state. Dr. Levitt is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Emory University, as well as being board certified in Pediatrics. He is a member of the Medical Association of Georgia, Medical Association of Atlanta, and American Academy of Pediatrics Georgia Chapter. Dr. Levitt is married and has two sons. His interests include fitness and cycling, ballroom dancing, travel and continuing medical education. He is also actively studying Spanish.

Gerald H. Clark, M.D.

Gerald H. Clark, MD is a native of Macon, Georgia. He attended the Georgia Institute of Technology where he received a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree with highest honors in 1977. He graduated from Emory University School of Medicine in 1981 and completed his residency at Emory University in 1984. From 1984-1987, Dr. Clark worked at Emory’s Department of Community Health as an assistant professor, and was also a staff doctor in the Acute Treatment Area of Egleston Hospital. Dr. Clark has been with North Fulton Pediatrics since 1987. “I still love what I do”. He serves on the Newborn Services Committee at Northside Hospital and on the Community Physician Advisory Committee, Concussion Committee, and Behavioral Health Initiative at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and works on the Georgia Chapter’s Mental Health Task Force. Dr. Clark attends St. Jude Catholic Church. He is married to Cameron Clark and has one son, Russell (a student at Washington University in St. Louis). Dr. Clark’s hobbies include volunteering as a Merit Badge Counselor for Boy Scout Troop 463 in Sandy Springs, jogging, reading, gardening, camping as well as being with friends.

Laura M. Zucker, M.D.

Laura M. Zucker, MD, was raised in Maryland. She graduated with honors from Duke University in 1989 with a B.S. degree in Psychology and Religion. She earned her M.D. degree at the University of Maryland, School of medicine in 1993. Dr. Zucker completed her residency training in pediatrics at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, Texas, and joined North Fulton Pediatrics in 1996. She is board certified in Pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is focused on preventative medicine for newborns to adolescents. Dr. Zucker and her husband live in Alpharetta with their two sons. She spends her time at her kids’ activities and cheering on their many sports teams as well as rooting for her beloved Duke Blue Devils.


Jodi M. Greenwald, M.D.

Jodi M. Greenwald, MD is a native of Commack, New York. She completed her undergraduate studies at Yale University in 1987 and earned her MD degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine in 1991. Dr. Greenwald completed her pediatric residency training at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh in 1994. She is board certified in Pediatrics.

Dr. Greenwald has been with North Fulton Pediatrics since 2000. Her areas of interest include breastfeeding support and preventive medicine. She especially enjoys the connections she makes with her patients and their families. She and her husband, also a physician, have three daughters. Dr. Greenwald enjoys hiking, camping, cooking and spending time with her family and their golden retriever.


Richard Szabo, M.D.

Richard Szabo, MD, joined North Fulton Pediatrics in the fall of 2007 after spending the previous seven years working in the Emergency Department at Scottish Rite Children’s Hospital. He received his medical degree from New Jersey medical School in 1997, and completed a pediatric residency at East Carolina University in June 2000. He is board certified in pediatrics. Dr. Szabo has a strong interest in the area of computer and technology applications and usage in healthcare, as well as interests in preventive medicine, safety and exercise.
Dr. “Rich” was born and raised in New Jersey. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame and is a big college sports fan. He and his wife live in Roswell with their two daughters, and he enjoys reading in his free time.

Pat Musto, CPNP

Pat Musto is a native of Michigan. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan in 1977, and her Master of Science in Nursing from Wayne State University in Detroit. Pat then obtained her national certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from the American Nurses Association Credentialing Center and has been practicing as a Nurse Practitioner since 1986. She joined North Fulton Pediatrics in 1995. Pat is an adjunct faculty member at Emory University, and precepts nurse practitioner students when her schedule permits. Other special areas of interest include lactation consultation and asthma education.
Pat and her husband, Rick, live in Roswell. She has two grown daughters, and one is an attorney in Atlanta, while the other one is a registered nurse at WellStar North Fulton Hospital. In her free time, Pat enjoys swimming, traveling, watching HGTV, and keeping up with her two miniature dachshunds, Molly and Millie.
