Telemedicine Appointment Instructions

Follow these helpful tips and instructions before beginning your scheduled virtual telemedicine appointment with your provider.

How to Prepare for Your Telemedicine Visit

  • You can use any smartphone or a computer with a camera and microphone to connect. Chrome and Firefox browsers work best when using a computer to connect.
  • Prior to your child’s virtual appointment, our nursing staff will call you on the phone to check-in. He/she may ask for an updated weight, temperature, and blood pressure of your child if you have a blood pressure cuff at home.
  • If you were advised and sent forms to fill out, please return all forms before your call starts. (Not everyone will have forms).
  • Next, when it’s time for your appointment, sign in through the link below. Enter your child’s name, and click Enter. You will enter a virtual waiting room. There’s no need to contact us by phone.
  • Make sure your child is with you in a well-lit, quiet, and distraction-free space.
  • It’s helpful to have your pharmacy’s name and location readily available.
